Yoga & Art: Monstermasker

Kom med til en workshop, der kombinerer yoga og kreativ udfoldelse.

Vi starter med en blid yogasession og bagefter laver vi monstermasker sammen i anledning af årets Golden Days. Vi reflekterer monsterets kaotiske natur i kreative udtryk og udforsker temaer som transformation, udtryk og nysgerrighed. Workshoppen er på engelsk. About the teacher Natasha (she/her/they) is an artist and yoga teacher at Absalon, teaching every Saturday at 9:30 & also guides Techno Yoga in the big hall. With a background in yoga, karma yoga, music, and art therapy, her workshops are a heartfelt blend of creativity, connection and community. Praktisk info Price: 100 kr. Location: ‘Klubben’ on the 1. floor We have yoga mats available and materials are provided but you’re always encouraged to bring your favorite notebooks, journals & pens with you. Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
