🇺🇦 10:00–11:30 — майстер-клас українською мовою 🇬🇧 14:00–15:30 — workshop in English 👥 Кількість місць: до 20 осіб на кожен майстер-клас 🐴 Вік учасників: дорослі та діти від 6 років Майстер-клас проводить Тетяна Дядечко — амбасадорка українського сиру, сирна менторка, технологиня, викладачка Cheese School та голова Асоціації виробників сиру України. en Ukrainian Cheese Horse: Hands-On Workshop 🐴🧀 A small horse made of cheese comes from the Hutsul highlands of the Ukrainian Carpathians . You won’t find it in a supermarket, and you can’t truly learn to make one simply by following an online recipe. It is a living craft, passed down from hand to hand — from one craftswoman to another. We invite you to a hands-on demonstration workshop where you will discover the traditional Ukrainian craft of making cheese horses. What to expect: 🔸 Each participant will create 1–3 cheese horses by hand and take them home. 🔸 We’ll talk about Ukraine’s cheese heritage, its place in the world of cheese and gastronomy, and the challenges Ukrainian artisan producers face today. 🔸 And, of course, there will be a cheese tasting . No previous experience is needed. All you need is your hands, curiosity and inspiration. 🇺🇦 10:00–11:30 — workshop in Ukrainian 🇬🇧 14:00–15:30 — workshop in English 👥 Group size: up to 20 participants per workshop 🐴 Age: adults and children aged 6+ The workshop is led by Tetiana Diadechko — Ambassador of Ukrainian Cheese, cheese mentor, dairy technologist, educator at Cheese School and Head of the Association of Cheese Producers of Ukraine.
