You are invited! For this event kitcheneurs in Kitchen Collective work together and develop different tastings, but from the same produce: THE PUMPKIN! Kitchen Collective are joining forces with food-system-fixing supplier Natoora to throw a pumpkin party. Come and celebrate community, diversity and sustainability on the land and in the kitchen ? Kitchen diversity Kitchen Collective consists of a diverse community of kitcheneurs working on different ideas and different ways of cooking, but share a kitchen and believe that being a community is a stepping stone for a more fun and sustainable work life. Pumpkin diversity Like the kitcheneurs in Kitchen Collective, pumpkins come in many varieties, and thanks to Natoora and Brinkholm, we get a chance to taste the beauty of the differences this evening. Kitcheneurs will team up in pairs, combining their different cooking styles, ideas and culinary backgrounds to create unique tastings from pumkins. Kitchen Collective X Natoora GRÆSKAR FEST also marks the beginning of a new collaboration between Kitchen Collective and Natoora, connecting local growers and seasonal produce with our of kitcheneurs. .Your ticket includes: 4 pumpkin tastings created by the kitcheneurs of Kitchen Collective A chance to meet the kitcheneurs, discover their businesses and hear the stories behind their food An opportunity to meet the growers from Brinkholm Farm and the team from Natoora Drinks will be available to purchase at the bar.
