Christmas Open Workshops at Raadvad Factory

The first two weekends of December, Raadvad Factory opens the doors to the workshops where visitors can get close to artists and craftspeople and gain insight into their creative processes. In the historic surroundings by Dyrehaven and Mølleåen, you can experience everything from ceramics, textile design and weaving to stone carving, sculptures, furniture making, jewelry and graphic prints. Here there's an opportunity to meet the people behind the works, hear about their craft and perhaps find a special Christmas gift. The first weekend, the Nature School organizes a wildlife quiz for children, and at the weaver's you can get inspiration for creative weaving projects for the youngest. Along the way there's an opportunity to buy soup, hot drinks and cake, and Raadvad Inn is open.
